A U-Pick organic apple orchard is open seasonally inviting the public and Cal Poly alumni to experience the orchard.

The ranch has met the requirements and is certified organic through the CCOF. This certification was pursued to improve crop marketability and to reflect of overall management directions of Swanton Pacific Ranch.

The ranch partners with Jacobs Farm Del Cabo on 68 acres of cropland adjacent to Swanton road. They primarily produce dry farm tomatoes and herbs on the ranch.
